Ronson forms private equity firm

Ronson Capital Partners is funded by the Heron founder’s personal fortune and investors including an Omani sovereign wealth fund. Its first investment is an office building in Marylebone, which was owned by Targetfollow before being put in the hands of administrator Deloitte. The site on Chiltern Street had an asking price of around £65m.
